Form Building – Mobile & Online
One-off form creation – £40+VAT
Creation of either a Mobile or Online form (based on the form being no more than 5 A4 pages) to include :
– building questions
– branded Word/ PDF Layout to match existing form
– html email for sharing/ trigger
– setup to send completed Layout by email
– screen layout (if an Online form)
Existing form changes :
£20/ hr +VAT (9am to 5pm)
£40/ hr +VAT (after 5pm)
System set-up and configuration
Half-day assistance – £375+VAT
Full-day assistance – £700+VAT
Depending on the Plan selected this includes :
– create jobs types & add relevant forms
– alter forms to pre-populate with job information e.g. customer addresses etc.
– import customers and sites
– import future planned jobs
– create asset types & add custom fields
– import existing assets
– add asset locations
Training
Half-day training – £375+VAT
Conducted using MS Teams or Webex, sessions can be booked by clicking the button below and then selecting which product Plan you require.
A simple training session can be arranged around your availability and staffing and will be a great boost to getting up and running quickly.
